    Hi everyone! I’m looking to build my buyers list in DFW and need your info. If you could let me know your specific niche (if any) that way I don’t send you deals that don’t matter to you, that would be great. Also, looking for investors who would like to JV on deals.     Tim Cook here.  Please add me to your list.  I buy in Tarrant, Parker, and Hood counties, brick 3/2/2 and 4/2/2 in decent neighborhoods for both rehabs and for rentals.  Been in the business 20 years.  Happy to consider JV if there is a real deal.  I specialize in Subject to deals and leads that don't work for you as a wholesaler.  If the seller needs to sell but a wholesale offer wont work for them, send me the lead and if I do the deal you GET PAID.

    We just buy in DFW TX- From downtown Dallas we go 40 miles radius to buy. In the North we go up to Sherman, In the East we go up to Terrell, In the South we go up to Waxahachie, and in the West we go up to White Settlement. 


    We buy only residential properties, SFH, condo, townhomes, and lots.


    We pay CASH and we can close in 10-12 days max. 


    Our bread and butter deals are 3/2, ARV below $350K, but we’re open to any deals as long as numbers are good. 


    We buy fixer-uppers and rental.


    Our favorite area are Richardson, Plano, Mckinney, Desoto, Garland, Mesquite, Balch Springs, North and Far North Dallas, East Dallas, Irving, and Coppell.
