Good product for rentals and rehabs if installed correctly.  Better water and wear resistance.

Shelly,  I highly recommend vinyl plank flooring for rentals.  I have been removing all carpet, laminate and even tile in order to keep entire home uniform with glue down vinyl plank.  I have never used lock down VPF.  Make sure you keep extra pieces at property.

I wholeheartedly agree that vinyl planks are great for rentals!  We buy all our vinyl plank flooring from iDeal Floors.  Tony Corral can help you out.  His number is 469-939-3041.  Let him know you heard about him here.

    Thanks,

    Robin
