Phil rehabbed a 3500 sq ft house in Keller for me (1980's house, 4/3/2 with a barn and other horse facilities, appraised at $342k post-rehab) that needed full updates and repairs ($55k job, and that was a good deal considering the amount of work). He took that house from trashed to immaculate in about 2.5 weeks.
He also did a full rehab for me on a lower-end property in Ft Worth that was trashed and crumbling (post-rehab appraisal is $75k). For $22k, he did a great job restoring the property, and the new resident is still mailing me letters to thank me for the beautiful home at a great price.
Phil has also done plenty of other excellent work for me that I could go on about. And he's a full-service guy, i.e. I don't need seperate contacts for HVAC, plumbing, etc. Of course, these examples are only rehabs and not new builds, but he could do that kind of work for you as well.
