Finding Phone Numbers

    We are looking for an effective way to get phone numbers for people when we only have their name and addresses.

    Does anyone have an accurate way to accomplish this quickly and economically?

    Hi Mike and Daphne,

    You have several options. There is what's called a Skip Tracer service that will attempt to locate those hard to find sellers/owners. I recommend you use Find The Seller. They are very reasonably priced and good at what they do. This can be used to locate your sellers but also if you have a tenant buyer move out on you this may help as well.

    You can also use www.HaynesDirectory.com, http://neighbors.whit... and www.Spokeo.com. There are many others but these are a couple we use.

    It's free.

    You can also type in what you know into Google's search bar. Soemtimes you get lucky. It's free and easy.

    LexisNexis is good but you need access to it. Zabasearch.com facebook and publicdata.com have all given me good results.
