1200 SF half duplex in Southlake, 2 bed, 2 bath. Need small amount of leftover items bagged and taken to the street for trash pickup. Clean 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Vacuum only. No windows or anything else. Needs to be done on Thursday, Dec 31st if at all possible. Looking for most economical option. (I am helping a friend move on short notice. This is not a rehab or hoarder house.)
