    Hi everyone,

       I sold my four rental properties in Indiana when I moved to DFW mid-2019 (no interest in being an out-of-state landlord). Besides REI, my other favorite hobby is cars. I'm looking to purchase a "small" plot of land (1 - 5 acres) where I can build a small garage to store cars and would also generate reasonable property appreciation. Preferably within an hours drive of Grapevine Lake.

      Any recommendations for RE agents that would be able to help me identify prospective properties for this need?
