Thanks guys I would be reaching out to you guys by cell phone sometime this week. Some of the research I have done was in the wholesale arena targeting probate Court a little bit but it was hard to bring that to light with little to no guidance. Also im looking to start developing a rental portfolio. So somebody to bounce ideas of off and some direction would be amazing lol.
