I'm looking for someone that is good with QB and knows real estate. It would be best if they can come to my home office. Initially there are a few days of work and then regular updates a couple of times a month thereafter.

I am looking for administrative help as well to do an organizing project for me and hopefully other projects over time. It would be ideal if they know Excel and have some bookkeeping experience too.

HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED AND WHAT IS THE PAY RATE?
I'm an accountant with over 9 years of experience using QuickBooks, a couple years tax experience before that, and I'm a small landlord myself. I have a regular full-time job and am interested in bookkeeping work on the side, but I am unavailable to meet during regular business hours.
