    Hello All ! I would like to purchase properties Sub 2. What document are necessary to get the deal done and where can I get the documents ?  Do I need to hire an RE attorney to prepare the necessary docs ? Any help and advise would be appreciated.

    I'm also happy to help as well.  Feel free to give me a call at 817-300-1132.  Real Estate Attorney, Bryan Dunklin, did a class and offered docs, etc. a few years ago.  That package (videos & docs) is available in our REI Store.
