Referral for Slab Foundation Construction

    Hi all,

I am building a patio for my personal home and am going to have a conventionally reinforeced slab foudation poured. The foundation will be about 10 ft by 24 ft with 5 inch floor slab and 18 inch gradebeams (inluding the floor slab thickness). I want 1/2 inch steel in the grade beams and 3/8 inch rebar on 16 inch centers both ways in the floor slab. The ground is fairly level and grading will consist of scraping inches, not feet. Broom finish, plastic between the soil and the slab.

As an alternative, I can do everything except the pouring and placing of the concrete for which I would need some skilled/experienced hands.

If you know anyone who does good work at a fair price, please send me the contact info.

    Much thanks,

    Brian Hoyt

    Hi Brian,

My general contractor Make Ready Specialists could help you with this.  They've always done a great job for me at a good price.  You can call Phil at 817-495-3224.
