I'm looking for leads on "Subject-to" type leads that you have that don't work for you and your business model, regardless of the amount of equity. I know many of you are new and don't know how to structure Sub-to deals or, you may be wholesalers and there isn't enough equity in the leads. I want those leads you are going to throw in the trash.
