My son has been helping us with rehabs and is now looking for a house of his own. He coaches at Univ. of Dallas, so he would like to get a house in Irving, but anywhere along 183 would be ok.
Looking to pay 100K for something that might need 20-50K in work. Prefer Irving, but I know it's hard to find good deals there.
