I like TransUnion SmartMove.  It gives a credit report and background check.  You can have the tenant pay for it.

I use Mr. Landlord and the TransUnion with eviction report. It does require a home visit because you are working with peoples personal info.

I know others who use the Trans Union - it allows the Tenant to log in, pay and put in their info to share their credit report with you.  I would assume it just gives you the credit score for Trans Union...but

For my last number of credit checks I have used

    https://www.american-apartment-owners-association.org/

It also has a number of other Landlord resources - you can join (get better pricing) or buy a report ala-cart.

I have also used a website for any criminal background reports.  It's been a while since i have used it, so maybe it operates differently - but for an annual fee you can pull a lot of reports.  I got the tip to use it from a RE Lawyer a long while back!  Here it is:  www.publicdata.com

However, primarily these days I have Suzette Teague (817-996-1772) fill my rentals for me which saves me a lot of time and effort!  She advertises it, takes all the incoming calls/emails etc.  Puts on the MLS, shows it for me, then screens the tenants (which includes hearing all of their stories as to why their credit is in the dumps!).

Hope you find what you are looking for.
