Advice on Finding Buyers For My Notes??

    Howdy y'all,

    We're originating notes through owner financing.  I've come to a point where I'll need to start selling notes to keep up with my deal pipeline.  Does anyone have advice on how to find investors that'll purchase my notes?  They are second lien, performing, have an RMLO, and going through a note servicing company.

    Any help is appreciated!
