    Does the city of Little Elm or Denton County have a rent moratorium?

    Are there changes in the eviction process for tenants that don’t pay rent?

    I don't believe there is a rent moratorium anywhere in DFW.

    Most courts are not hearing evictions right now.  Some of them will let you file the petition and they will schedule the hearing once the covid restrictions are lifted.
