Effective April 14th, 2012 Bank of America No Longer Working With Investors on Short Sales

    It appears after April 14th of this year Bank of America is no longer willing to work with Real Estate investors directly when doing short sales. 

    Beginning April 14th BofA is requiring all Sellers to sign a standardized 3rd Party Authorization form and will no longer accept forms from other sources. 

    On page two of the form each designated representative must swear they are a Realtor, Broker, or Attorney in good standing in same states as the home that is being sold short.
