    Responsibilities:

    • Flexible tasks marketing top locate great investments
    • Pay Bills, record bookkeeping entries
    • Establish database of contacts by category
    • Review Operations Manual: test and update in Word
    • Weekly do Cash on Hand Report
    • Coordinate Charitable work
    • Handle administrative needs of Executive
    • Plan travel details

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience bookkeeping
    • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Leasing or Property management experience a big plus
    • Rent Manager Software experience big plus
