This house just needs some 'optional updating'. The ARV is terrible. Owner had a reverse mortgage on house for income to live on for many years. Owner is now in nursing homse and the caretaker family member is just trying to do the right thing, before letting the house go back to lender.
My only thought would be if someone was looking for a house to purchase with their private money for example and then owner finance.
