there is a 29,000 lean on the house, that Is included in the 80,000 asking price. Basically just want out from the debt. wants to close within the month.
P.S Im still in the beginning processes of figuring out real estate investing. Trying to educate myself in this industry. So if the buyer is willing to show me how they analyze the property, and maybe the process through it from beginning to end would be awesome.
