    Hey Everyone!
SO this past week's meeting was "How to become a DEAL Magnet" and in it there were various aspects of branding and networking that were INCREDIBLY useful (especially to a guy like me with an advertising/marketing background).

So after some thoughts about my name "SEAN EVANS" nothing really catchy came out. (i.e. "CASH pays CASH!" or "Mr 377!" or "Don't take a Gamble, SELL to GAMBLE!")

I thought of how to use my background as an artist ("The Home Arteest", "The Picasso of Home Buyers", "The De Kooning of Cash in 7 days") none of which seemed very... appealing. These monikers were too obscure for the average person to remember or relate to.

Then (maybe yesterday) I was "reading" Robert Kiyosaki's Real Book of Real Estate (on audiobook) and there was one specialist who started talking about problem properties. So I thought... hmmm, that's interesting. What about "THE PROBLEM PROPERTY SOLVER".

So I thought about how to make that really work; I'd need to very tastefully illustrate a problem property and render myself as the "problem solver." I settled on a mix between myself, Albert Einstein and Bob Ross.

Here's the result that I might start using in my marketing:

Tell me what you guys think!

My two cents... If you're the "Property Problem Solver," you should put "Property Problem Solver" in your ad.  If you're marketing to motivated sellers, which is essential, they're going to want to know your the "Propery Buyer."  Of course, we're now back to being not very catchy.  "Property Problem Solver" also might be a repairman or remodeler rather than a guy who's going to solve their problem which is that they need to sell their house to get out of a jam quickly!  BTW, love the artwork...
