I have a unique situation where we are helping some people move to this area. We are looking for a house that they can rent from us for 850-1000 a month.
The ideal situation would be a 3-2, some acreage would be nice but not necessary. I would like to find a project that had an ARV of 140-150 where I could buy wholesale and fix up and do a long term buy and hold with it.
