    How and where do I go online to research the utility bills for a property I am considering purchasing in Fort Worth, TX?

    To my knowledge it is not public info but you can call the electric co and ask for an average.  I've had several tell me they have done that.

    As a green home builder I ask my buyers to sign a release or permission to the utilility companies, as a landlord I ask my renters.  You would have to ask the seller if available.  The utility company will then freely printout each of the past twelve months usage and cost for you.
