I have talked to this lady [Sue Bennett] several times, and her landlord has totally neglected things - now her sewer overflowed today and flooded enough she can't stay there.  (Waterlogged living room and bedrooms, and hall, not to mention the stench!)  She's on  a month to month lease, already paid this month...I recommended she go ahead and give her 30 day notice and get out asap.  With the Landlord's track record, she's likely not to do anything going forward either, (lady already told her her insurance wouldn't cover it, and 'her hands were tied', so sorry-tough luck "What do you want me to do about it? There's nothing I can do!").

Sue is a grandmother who's daughter and grandson stay with her.  She, Sue, gets disability.  She has stayed with that 'bad' landlord for several years now.  Daughter works at Walmart on Beach and N. Tarrant.  Grandson is home-schooled, so school district not an issue.  So, if possible need house close enough for her to keep her Walmart job there, not sure of transfer prospects...

Would like Saginaw area espec. well - but will not be overly picky.

She can pay one month's rent and a deposit (equal to half) upon move-in, so she is not destitute (this is even after she already paid December's rent!  (That's a good sign!)
