    This is probably not the deal for us, but if you get other multi-family opportunities we may be interested.

    We prefer to go solo on our investments, at least for now.

    Please send Robin an email about any potential multi-family deals you might run across particularly in Tarrant.  Other areas nearby might also be a possibility - we'd just have to take a look!
