    I have a 3/2 in Fort Worth going for $78,000 Needs Roof, Foundation, and Cosmetic repairs. Sounds like a lot, but it's only 1100 + sq ft so it won't take long, or burn a hole in the budget.     Hey Matthew - 

    This is not for us - we prefer newer houses - 1960's or newer.  NE Tarrant also preferred, as well as Arlington/Irving to the east and Saginaw/ Lake worth to the west.  

    We have cash ready!  So, keep us in mind if you have other properties come avail. in those areas!
