    I have a 3-2-2 in SW Arlington near California / S. Bowen that should be available in 10-14 days. 1440 sq. ft. $1100 per month. Nice neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.. I require good references/rental history, good credit and verifiable income..

    Hi Peter,

    I have two rentals available immediately in the NW Ft Worth/Sansom Park area.  Nice neighborhood, free maintenance (lawn service, AC filter changes, no-fault repairs).  They're both 3 bd/2 ba.  One is $690/mo + $690 deposit (1000 sq ft), and the other is $670/mo + $670 deposit (920 sq ft).  If you're interested, please call my agent Cynthia Bynum (817-360-0564 cell) and let her know I referred you.
