Thanks for feedback. I've been using (clearly displayed for all prospective renters) the 3X guidelines and an assortment of non-discriminatory
criteria. Although I haven't ever given a discount for a high FICO its a wonderful conversation starting tool. But I'm always looking for new cost-effective tools of the trade. Thanks again to everyone.
