I'd like to introduce myself to everyone. I'm the guy that had the "deer in the headlights look" that was in the DFW REI Club meeting today. :) In any event, I recently retired from a normal job and have a real interest in REI. I'm looking for the right properties in Burleson / Mansfield / Alvarado areas. I'm willing to look at anything, but I'd really like to find some 3-2-2 (minimum), ARV 90K-130K, @ 70% - minus repairs, based on relevant, recent and nearby comps. Please keep me in mind if you know of a deal in these areas that you need to pass on to someone.
I hope to get to know more of you guys as time goes on. If you see the "deer in the headlights" looking guy, please come up and say "hi".
