Not sure if this qualifies as birddogging, but I came across a property. Tad has is listed as over 2800 sf. Built in 2003. 3/3/3, 2 dining areas, 2 living areas, fireplace single story . I found out that the owner (now out of state) had to move (military) and attempted to sell the property. Being unsuccessful in selling, they leased it for approx. $1900 a month. The last tenants left and house trashed and the house has been sitting vacant for some time. Just recently I drove by and saw carpet damaged and windows broken.
