Does anyone have any connections or know of a store that I can buy window locking parts and window cranks for 1950s built homes?

    Thanks

Tim,  have you looked in the backyard of Builders Surplus, 5832 E. Belnap St, in Haltom City.  I find lots of old house parts there.

I have not.  Thanks.  FYI everyone, I have found a web site called www.blainewindow.com that carry tons of window replacement parts and I believe they have what I need.  Thanks

    Tim & Hugh,

I know you guys know this, but for other readers, MAKE SURE you know the new EPA rules and regs for Lead Based Paint BEFORE you work on older home - especially windows / window repairs. The fines are HUGE ($32,500 / offense / day).
