Does anyone in this forum have experience or an interest in land development deals? I have a deal that I am actively working on, the land is still in negotiations because it involves multiple parcels with different landowners. The result will be approximately 30 newly built homes in the northwest Fort Worth area. The area is already zoned for residential. From a wholesaling standpoint, has anyone ever assigned a deal like this? Or as an investor purchased from a wholesaler on a deal like this?
