    My suggestion is to go online and Google residential construction company and the zip code of your property. I would also check for local REI clubs in that same area.

    Hi Brian.  Get on google and Craigslist and type the city name and the type of contractors your looking for.  Search on Craigslist in the area of interest.  also Search investor ads for that area and call them for referrals.  Hope this helps.
