My wife and I were chatting and determined that it would be very beneficial to us to:
a) "watch" someone in action for a short time while they search / select / execute a deal.
b) "chat" with someone about various deals and get their input on whether it has merit or not (from their perspective).
Who is willing to spend some time in either portion A or B above on a 1:1 basis to provide their valuable knowledge? It would not be a one-way street as surely there are aspects of this business that we have insights on as well.
