Hey everyone, I have a recommendation to make if you are looking for a quality, craftsman, reliable handyman. His name is Michael Pruett and he goes to my church and has been a friend of mine for over 10 years. He has done work at my personal residence and everything he does is top quality. He is super friendly and knows his stuff. He has 25 years experience in the industry and he specializes in brick work/masonry, solving chimney leaks and flashing, adjusting and hanging doors, carpentry repair (external soffit and fascia fixing and replacement) and of course he can do all the other regular handyman type stuff. He also does plumbing and electrical, except for projects that require a licensed plumber or electrician).
His rates are $65hr with a 3 hour minimum or $475 daily rate. He does give discounted rates for multiple properties.
