Hello I am new to the club! I am 25 , finally figuring out what to really go for in life. I want to flip houses ! I enjoy construction and hard work. I was thinking of getting my real estate license to cut out that part of the deal. I just want advice on how to utilize this group in the best way, what should i study, any books i can pick up to help me learn? What is the best way to start this out.... Any tips are helpful! Thank You in advance!

    Hi Jasmine, welcome!

My initial advice is to do the following:

    1. Read through the posts on this forum... See what questions are asked and get familiar with people on here, investing strategies, and resources etc...

    2. Reach out to the pros. You'll see names like "Robin", "Tim" "Jesus", "Taylor"... These people have been doing it for many years and are outstanding resources.

That should be a good start to get you headed in the right direction!

Your network is one of the most powerful tools you will have, so build it up.  Go to REI meetings frequently and find people who have been doing what you want to do.  You will be surprised how much info and advice they will gladly share with you (free...be judicious if someone wants you to pay to enter their program).
