I am looking for a good portfolio lender in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to help finance some of my deals for me.
I am looking for a lender - small community bank or credit union that will make the loan and keep it in house (rather than selling to Freddie). Using a 5 or 7 year ARM or putting 20-25% down is fine. I would also like to get a line of credit established, using equity in my rental portfolio as collateral. In the LOC option, the bank would need to be the second lien.
