Hey guys, I am looking for a rehab property in the Azle or surrounding area, I would like 1800+ sq ft., with a little land 3/4 to 1 acre, not in a neighborhood where the house are on top of each other. I would consider going out a little more if it was the right deal. I want a real fixer upper, and will pay cash. Really any where west of 35- down t820 toward Benbrook and north up around 114/ 287 ish area. Do not want in Ft. Worth city limits.
