    I'm looking for mortgage note investors to add to my buyers list. I have some performing notes that I'll be selling soon. They are 1st position Deeds of Trust with approximately 9-10% yield and 75% LTV. I can sell the entire note, or sell in fractions to investors with less capital. All homes are in the DFW metroplex.
