New investor looking financing options

    I am a new investor, with a construction partner, looking to purchase our first property.  I have cash that can go toward the rehab of a property, but need advice on financing the property.  The plan is to rehab and sell.  Also thoughts of buying from a wholesellar.  I'm new and all ears, ready to learn from some experienced investors.
