    I have two lots in the Preston Hollow area that are great rebuild projects.  All of the 1950s homes are being bought by builders that are building beautiful homes on.  Average new construction home in the area sells for $1.8 million. 

    I'm selling 6330 Royal lane, which is an interior lot with 12800 SqFt.  Asking $320k for this lot.  You can look at the lot behind it (6331 Tulip) and see what Canterbury Custom Homes are building on that 12700 SqFt lot.  You should be able to build a $1.2 million home with total investment of 600-700k on this lot.

    I'm selling 6475 Royal lane, which is a corner lot with 15800 SqFt.  Asking $350k for this lot.  You can look at 6405 Royal for a sample of what can be done on this lot.  You should be able to build a $1.8 million home on this lot with total investment of 700-800k.
