    Hi all. My name is Glenn, and I just joined. I have a few questions I hope y'all can answer for me.

    1. Since this is the first time I've been involved in this kind of thing what are your recommendations for making the most of it?

    2. When and where are the meetings? How often?

    3. I'm just getting started, and I'm initially interested in bird dogging/wholesaling until I can really learn the ropes and get a nice chunk of capital under me. Do you have any practical, actionable advice for how to begin? Specifically, I want to REALLY learn how to identify a solid deal.

    Hi Glenn, Welcome. 

    My suggestions are as follows: 


    1. Read the discussion form posts/replies from the past.... You'll see what kind of questions have been asked and what answers have been offered... Also, you'll see several investors who may be looking for your type of services based on looking at the posts... 

    2. Reach out to Robin Carriger (the lead/owner of this site)... He'll likely offer sound advice on how to get started. 

    3. there is a calendar tab above... Click on that to see the schedule of meetings.
