    We acquire dozens of properties a month.  Yes a MONTH  We may be the largest private buyer in DFW right now.  We use several strategies : income properties, owner finance, flips, wholesale and more.  We use some very advanced strategies to achieve FREE income properties (my background is investment banking/private equity).
