    I need legal help to get my 90-yo mother out of a "contract"/automatically-renewing-lease at a retirement facility in Austin, now that her husband has died so I can move her near me. The facility is saying she is locked in for another year!

    Paula, call me... Let's see if we can come up w/ a plan to break the lease... If not then use Robin's contact or I have a contracts lawyer. She was also an associate judge as well and she is phenomenal...
