Is anybody out there an Investor or know any Investors that are
interested in great deals? The deals that are hard to come by?
Properties that have up to 40% equity or more in them? I will soon be
putting together a strategic operation on finding these diamonds in the
rough. Some of them will be pre-forclosures and others FSBO. When i do
find these deals i will be putting them under contract for about (15 to
30 days) then passing them on to some Investors. Im trying to put
