I'm in the process of selling a rent house (sorry investors, no deep discounts on this one). To add to curb appeal and marketability I might add a few things....here's my question:
Are there any traps I need to look for to guarantee that all the warranties will be transferable? I'm OK with studying thru fineprint but for you experienced guys & gals is there anything the end buyer & myself need to look for prior to or during closing?
