I have a neighbor who has a family member who needs to rent a 3 bed. place - duplex, townhome is fine. (prefer by end of Feb if possible). They will even consider an apt. style 4plex. They have decent rental history (per my neighbor) but credit is hurt because they lost their restaurant business. Breadwinner does have current steady employment and makes about $750 per week. They'd like to keep rent about $700 or less (baby on the way - but may be able to do slightly more. (they should be able to qualify for $750 with their income if that is correct.) They are very good housekeepers. (that' s a plus for any landlord!).
