Looking for Investor Friendly General Contractor

    I just purchased an investment property (duplex) in Dallas. I need to do pretty much everything from sheetrock repairs, new flooring, renovating the kitchen and bathrooms, and some other minor things.

     

    I am wondering if anyone has a good investor friendly general contractor recommendation that I could use for this project.
