     I am getting ready to start a direct mail campaign and I am looking for a buyer.  Someone who can meet with potential sellers, analyze the property and negotiate a price.  I am looking for a person who would like to partner with me.  I will pay for all of the marketing and handle the selling or rehabbing and that person handles the buying and there fee will come when the house closes.  Does anyone know of a person who does that?  I am not looking for an exclusive partnership.  This person is more than welcome to work with other investors.
