I'm seeking advise from anyone experienced with properties that have a Aerobic Septic System.

I'm looking at a multi-family(4Plex) property on an acreage with such a system.

I'm seeking advise on any issues or concerns, based on your experience. 

The last time that the system was pumped out was in 2012.  I'm requesting that the system be serviced, prior to closing. 

Hi Larry, My name is Bill Arbuckle and some of the things you should look for besides how long ago it was pumped out are; has anyone been putting in new chlorine tabs on a regular basis, have the drains and pipes been kept clear of long hair, toys, and/ or those paper diapers, (they can wrap around the shaft of the pump and cause problems) all of which I charge for if a service guy finds that is the problem, and those pesky fire ants can get into the electrical boxes and cause problems, (and pain).
