Over the past 9 months we have build a decent network of contractors and sub-contractors. If anyone ever needs a recommendation for foundation contractors, or a great HVAC contractor, I'd be glad to share.

I haven't dealt with roofing contractors yet. Anyone you would recommend that has investor friendly pricing?

Also, we've worked with a plumber who does a good job, but I think there might be more affordable quality plumbers out there. I think there was a post on plumbers recently, but if you have any that you can recommend, I'd love to check them out and compare them to our current one.

I have been working with him for several years, and he can handle a broad variety of things unsupervised and in a timely fashion.
